For the Uncountable Flocks of Fan’s he had all around the World, this comes as a shock to them.

And to me too. The reason is because i grew up listening to the King’s Hits right from “Ben” upto “Blood on the Dance Floor” where his last Self-Choreographed moves of “Moonwalk”‘ing as he called it are shown.

Not to mention, his Hit Cult Album “Thriller”, which was released in 1982 and went on to become the Smash hit of that season, Selling 25 Million copies all over the World allowing “M.J” to go PLATINUM and also Cemented his Place among the greats!

The Unanimously Crowned “King of Pop” (though self-entitled, at first) seems to be the Perfect adage to his name.

Thanks to Michael Jackson, MTV soon became very popular among the American Masses and Worldwide following which, M.J soon became a Household Name.

The Music Industry will be at a total loss for words and cannot express the shock at his untimely death (though his ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley, says, He “Knew” He was going to die early)

The Cultural and Enigmatic scene of this Genre of Music called POP, will be without the King at its Helm, which although will continue to enthrall its audience for many more decades to come, It is still a daze as to how such a Versatile person could have passed into oblivion so early in our lives.

Controversies aside, as the King Himself puts it, “If you come into this World knowing that you are Loved and You leave this World knowing that you are loved, Everything else, that happens in the middle can be dealt with”

The King had his fare share of Joy & Pain, Transformation & Infatuation in this World.

This Blog is dedicated to the Complexity that exists between the two Sexes.

I wonder who these two are

Why?  The reason is because i had a deep, not to mention, thought provoking conversation with one of my very good friends (No names, you see. I omit the specifics, though I inform the person concerned beforehand)

Well, it all started of with the usual Hello’s, How are You’s and not mention the irrepressible, “Oh I’m fine!”….jeez, sometimes its too monotonous!

Anyhow, I’m rambling…like i usually do..

Back to the topic we go then, so its just a late night chat with me and my friend.  Though I’m the one who’s asking all the questions and expecting a reply from her. (Satisfactory enough some were!)

Most were related to the “What’s it with Men and Women? They don’t understand each other. Why??”

To that she replied, its Innate, just like she doesn’t understand guys.

But the real thing is….reports say that Men are more easier to understand than Women. (I still wonder why.. Another friend of mine says that she thinks, God made us that way..in any case, i wonder why God couldn’t pass them better understanding capabilities!)

Then it was this classmate of mine who was texting me and the bugger was like…..lonely. (I can put it easily that way without any harm to anyone)

Oh that reminds me….Michael Jackson had passed away today. So R.I.P. M.J (The World will miss you, so will I)  (They said he was lonely)

Anyway….I asked her a few questions from the fellow’s insane questions…actually they were quite valid in fact. I never knew the answers to them myself

1. What’s a Woman’s definition of boring ?
2. What’s there to do if there’s a lull in the conversation ? (Say bye, Hah i love that part!)
3. Why do Girls/Women encroach upon Guy’s Phone calls ? (Extremely valid)
4. What is it with girls and not talking ? Not returning Calls also (A big big Blot!)
5. Lastly, What do girls prefer more ? English or Tamil ? (God, I loved this one!)

UNANSWERED

How many times have you had those irrepressible questions which always somehow seem to “pop-up” when you are Driving?!

Some may call it the Driver’s Lurgy, but I simply prefer to call it the UNANSWERED.
Well, simply because its utterly difficult to answer those questions because you have more pressing matters at hand! DRIVING THE VEHICLE!!
But somehow, these things never ever seem to strike us when we are sitting jobless without any wiork to do at all.
It impresses me to know that these do arise whenever we face a “pressure situation”
Now there’s a topic for Research to throw some light upon the Brain activity.

One of the best films ever made, According to me is Singin’ in the Rain, which is a 1952 Romantic Comedy Musical,starring Gene Kelly, DOnald O’Connor, and Debbie Reynolds  and directed by Kelly, with Kelly also providing the Choreography.

It offers a comic depiction of Hollywood’s transition from to “” Talkies “”

The movie is frequently described as one of the best musicals ever made,topping the  list, and ranking fifth in AFI’s 100 Years of Musical’s, updated list of the greatest American Films  in 2007.

Superbly rendered by The Immortal Frank Sinatra, this song is extremely famous with all ages !

An afternoon Siesta, provides a great scope for pondering on the things which are seemingly mundane. Most of all the topics which seize to interest us are politics & being a guy, obviously puts my trail of thought, pottering, onto the fairer Sex’s side. Woman’wards.

But, that aside, It makes good for an Excellent English Essay topic, particularly when you think about what life would be without Color.

Most often it would seem to remind one of the classic black & white films, like Frank Capra’s, Its a Wonderful Life or Humphrey Bogart’s, Casablanca or even Charles Chaplin’s Modern Times/The Gold Rush.

The Guitar & Flamenco !

The Guitar, an ancient musical instrument which is used to produce the most fantastic tunes which can either drive you to dance, put you in an alternative world or/and drive your sorrows away!

They are the primary instruments used for various Genre’s of Music, such as, Pop, Country, Flamenco, Blues, Rock and many other forms of Pop.

There are of two types,

1. Acoustic

2.Electric

The Guitar, ideally should have 6 Strings, or alternatively it can also have 4,7,8,10,12,18 strings.

It produces sound when a string is strummed, vibration of the string occurs, which allows the tone to set into the hollow part of the guitar, thereby producing the tone and bass, rich and deep or purely shallow.

Guitars have, for many years, influnced Music Greatly. Pop and Rock music, has especially developed during the last century.

The Guitar’s construction is as follows,

Though there are various Genre’s influenced by the Guitar, Flamenco, has to be, without doubt everybody’s favourite, not just beacause it originated in Espanaya but also in Barcelona !

Flamenco, is a Spanish term which refers to a Musical Genre, which is especially characterized by Audible Footwork.

Wondefully famous for the Couples dancing to the music of the guitar, it somehow manages to captivate and hex a person who listens to it. Totally mesmerising, if you are really listening.

So the next time you hear someone playing a guitar, make sure, you’re really listening or you’ll miss the subtle works !

The New Year’s Post

Right, It’s that time of the year again, when i write my First New Year’s Post,

at 3 in the morning.

Many a dude, might think, ” what the hell are you doing at home, brotha ?!!! “

Answer hath at hand, since my parents grounded me for some useless reason, i had to spend my new year indoors…..reasons being :

1. bad behaviour ( It seems… )

2. Drunken Driving ( I ask you!?! )

Well anyway, after having slept peacefully, through all the calls, i finally wake at 3 in the morning, to find my inbox to the brim, both the cell texts as well as email.

This is about the escapade to the terrace at 11 in the night, with the cool night air blowing at you, wishing, that for the rest of your life you’d love to sit on a patch of green and have the summer (or winter) breeze blow through your hair….one of the best moments to be cherished are such as these.

Besides that, lying on a small blanket and watching the stars, nothing can beat that….

For all the hustle and bustle, record and practicals and all the crap, we find time for ourselves….i dont know,..i still wonder how it is possible…..ahh heck, who cares, i got my freedom in those 75 minutes of solitude !
